During HOLMM.’s live shopping events on Instagram, you not only get the chance to shop the latest trends and styles at discounts of up to 70%, but you can also participate in exciting giveaways! Every time you join a live event, you have the chance to win fantastic prizes and expand your knowledge about HOLMM.
As live shopping events are held in real-time, styles are presented and purchased directly during the show. This means it won’t be possible to reserve products or request specific sizes or styles during the event. Everything happens live, so the first to purchase will secure the most sought-after items. Be sure to join from the start of the event to get the best selection!

Purchases During Live Shopping Events
To ensure the best experience for everyone and maintain fairness for all participants, we have established some rules for purchases during our live shopping events:
- No Exchanges: Items are sold as-is and cannot be exchanged for a different size, model, or color.
- Defects and Imperfections: Many items are collection samples, production samples, or final pieces and may have minor defects, imperfections, or cosmetic flaws. We always strive to highlight these during the event, and they are reflected in the reduced price.
- Cannot Be Combined with Discounts or Gift Cards: Discounts offered during live shopping events cannot be combined with gift cards or discount codes.
- No Returns or Cancellations: Purchases made during live shopping events are final and cannot be returned or canceled. Please ensure you bid only on items you truly wish to buy.

No, it is not possible to reserve styles during our live shopping events. All bids are binding, and items are sold in real-time. This means that when you place a bid, you commit to purchasing the item if you win.
Any styles that remain unsold during the live shopping event will be presented in a future live session or sample sale.

We offer free shipping on orders over 1200 DKK within Denmark. For orders below this amount, shipping starts at 45 DKK.
Once the live shopping event ends, we will contact all participants who have "won" styles during the event with the total amount of their purchases. It’s important to both follow HOLMM. on Instagram and check your inbox!
Winners will be notified within 2 business days after the event, and you will have 24 hours to complete your payment via our webshop: www.holmm.dk/liveshopping. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order will be canceled, and the items will be made available to other customers.
To finalize your payment:
- Visit our webshop and click on "LIVE SHOPPING."
- Add the "price" of your purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Once payment is completed, your package will be shipped. We aim to send all orders within 5 business days after the event.
When shopping during HOLMM.’s live shopping event, please note that all purchases are binding. This means you cannot exchange, return, or cancel a purchase. All styles are sold as-is during the event.
