INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the HOLMM. website. By assessing this website you agree to the terms and conditions.

We own and operate the retail website holmm.com and holmm.dk ("Website"). Any reference in these terms and conditions to "HOLMM.", "we", "us" or "our" is a reference to HOLMM. ApS, a company registered in Denmark and under company registration number CVR.39016583. Registered office: H. C. Andersens Boulevard 9-11, 1553 Copenhagen V, Denmark.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Products are sold to private individuals for the Customer’s personal and not professional use. HOLMM. reserve the right to cancel any order which in its opinion is excessive or not for personal use.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Only the Products currently displayed on the Website are offered for sale (subject to stock availability).

Photographs of Products on the Website are for indicative purposes only and shall not be relied on by the Customer in any way. The Customer is required to read the description of each Product to be aware of specific details relating to the Product.

PRICES

All prices are displayed in DKK or Euros and are inclusive of 25% VAT (where applicable).

The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on the Website at the time of placing an order, except in cases of obvious error.

The flat-rate delivery charge will be added at order summary stage prior to the Customer clicking on the submit order button.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

HOLMM. will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders are processed within a 48 hour period but we cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. In these cases we will process the order as soon as is reasonably possible.

Orders placed on the HOLMM. Website on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on the HOLMM. Website on a public holiday that falls on any day other than Friday, Saturday or Sunday will also be processed the following working day.

Your order will be shipped via Post Danmark or GLS and the costs price depends on the land of delivery.
Delivery time is usually 2-5 days after shipment date when shipped to an address in Europe. HOLMM. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please note, that during campaigns, delivery time can be longer.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron, The amount will not be drawn from your card before the merchandise leaves our stock.

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. All information provided by you is gathered securely through the SSL (SecureSockets Layer). A SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information and ensures full security while being transmitted via the Internet. Unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during transaction.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Danish Kroner or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

PRIVACY POLICY

We may collect the following information:
First and last name.
Contact information including email address.
Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests.
Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.


The purpose of gathering this information is to deliver your items to you.
Personal information provided to HOLMM. ApS is kept for 5 years, after which it is deleted.
We always ensure that you have given your express consent to providing us with your personal information and that you have understood what information we need and what this information is used for.
Our Director and those responsible for the data at holmm.dk and holmm.com have access to the information about you.

We do not save encrypted costumer information, nor do we transmit encrypted customer information.
Information provided to www.holmm.dk and www.holmm.com will never be forwarded or sold to a third party, nor will we ever register any private, personal information. However, information that is used for delivery of goods will be transferred to the shipping company used by HOLMM. Under specific circumstances and with reference to legislation, it might be necessary to transfer information to public authorities or the police. For example, information may be disclosed to the police in case of suspicion of credit card fraud.
In the case of a re-organization, full or partial sale of the company, any disclosure in such connection will be in accordance with current legislation for the processing of personal data. Your personal data is disclosed to partners of HOLMM. who deliver services on behalf of HOLMM. for example in relation to operating our website, handling of orders on our webshop, send-outs of newsletter and management of our financial systems. These partners only process the personal data on behalf of HOLMM. and in accordance with the instructions of HOLMM.

We register your email when you sign up for our newsletter, but we never share it with anyone else. When you fill in your mobile/cell number, you are giving us permission to contact you via text message to inform you about your order. Please note that you have accepted our personal data policy (use of your personal data) when you use our website, also our use of cookies. When you are registered at www.holmm.dk and www.holmm.com, you retain the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know which information is registered about you.

You are at any time entitled to be informed of the personal data about you that we process, but with certain legislative exceptions. You also have the right to object to the collection and further processing of your personal data including profiling/automated decision-making. Furthermore, you have the right to have your personal data rectified, erased or blocked. Moreover, you have the right to receive information about you that you have provided to us, and the right to have this information transmitted to another data controller (data portability).

REFUND POLICY

HOLMM. gladly accept returns but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new and unused. You will have to pay for the return shipment. Feel free to use the bag that your order came in to return the item(s).

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.

Please send the return order to our company address. HOLMM. will not pick up any return orders sent to a parcel shops or other form of return/pick up store.

If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or style please do so by placing a new order on our webshop.

FAULTY GOODS

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
