INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the HOLMM. website. By accessing this website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. 

We own and operate the retail websites [www.holmm.com](http://www.holmm.com) and [www.holmm.dk](http://www.holmm.dk) ("Website"). References to "HOLMM.", "we", "us", or "our" are to HOLMM. ApS, a company registered in Denmark under company registration number CVR.39016583. Our registered office is located at Bernstorffsvej 29A, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Products on the HOLMM. website are sold to private individuals for personal, non-professional use. HOLMM. reserves the right to cancel any order it considers excessive or intended for professional purposes.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Only the products currently displayed on the Website are available for sale, subject to stock availability. Please note that the photographs of products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. We encourage customers to read the product descriptions for specific details before making a purchase.

PRICES

All prices displayed are in DKK or Euros and include 25% VAT where applicable. 

The price of products and delivery charges will be as listed on the Website at the time of your order, unless an obvious error has been made. Any applicable flat-rate delivery charges will be shown at the order summary stage, before you submit your order.

#### SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

HOLMM. will make every effort to process orders within 48 hours. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues. Orders placed on Fridays after business hours, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Your order will be shipped via Post Danmark or GLS, with delivery times generally ranging from 2 to 5 days after shipment for European addresses. Please be aware that delivery times may be longer during campaigns or promotions.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following credit cards: Dankort, MasterCard, VISA, and VISA Electron. The total amount will not be deducted from your account until your order leaves our stock. 

Your personal information is handled securely using SSL encryption, ensuring your data is kept private and secure. For customers whose cards are not denominated in DKK or Euros, the final price will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the time your card issuer processes the transaction.

PRIVACY POLICY

We may collect information such as your first and last name, email address, and demographic details, which are necessary to deliver your items and manage your orders. Personal information is kept private and will never be shared with third parties, except for purposes like delivery services or legal requirements.

All personal data is kept for 5 years before being deleted, and you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time. HOLMM. also uses cookies to improve your experience on our Website, and your consent is required for the use of this data.

REFUND POLICY

HOLMM. accepts returns within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that items are returned in their original, unused condition. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. We offer return labels through the link provided below, with the cost deducted from your refund:

Return shipping costs:  
- Denmark, Sweden & Germany: EUR 8.00  
- Rest of Europe, UK, Switzerland, Norway: EUR 15.00  

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, less any applicable shipping charges. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact your bank or credit card issuer for assistance.

WARRANTY CLAIM

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply to your purchase. This means that you have a warranty claim for 24 months from the time of delivery.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

You can complain by contacting us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. If you contact us within 2 months of discovering the error, your complaint will always be timely. If it is a case of shipping damage, you should notify us as soon as possible in any case.

We ask you to provide as detailed information as possible about what the problem is and possibly submit pictures of the error. If we need to examine the item, it must be sent to:

The item must be sent in appropriate packaging.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course also refund your reasonable and necessary shipping costs. Therefore, keep your receipt.

COMPLAINT OPTIONS

If you, as a consumer, wish to file a complaint about your purchase, please contact us at info@holmm.com. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may submit your complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk/Public/Home/ChooseLoginProvider?returnUrl=https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk/External.

To file a complaint, the item in question must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints regarding clothing and other accessories, the price must have been at least DKK 720. Please note that there is typically a fee associated with processing a complaint.

FAULTY GOODS

All products are inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced, subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
